Installation of vb6’s program

If I develop the program in VB6 with Window ME Operating System. Can I install and run smoothly in the lower version O/S like win95, win98 ? As I know the version of kernel32.dll in WIN ME is different from WIN98. What can I do to solve this problem?

Somemore, when the installation is running an error occur ,because the some of the system file in the current machine is out of date e.g. kernel32.dll(like mentioned above), due to this problem the file msftqws.pdw cannot be create and that the installation cannot be complete. T Q 🙂
