Installing Oracle Client In Windows XP Home Edition

How does we will able to get Oracle Provider for OLEDB(Platform: Windows XP Home). Also we are facing to install Oracle 8i Client in Windows XP Home Edition(Installed D2k at that end). Should I able to installed Oracle 8i Client in that case.

Please help me.
