Installing VPN on a NT 4.0 server

The Technet Article Q183537 was followed to the letter.

I am running NT4, SP6a, IIS, RRAS and Proxy 2.0. Internet Connection via Cable router.

Question :

I am not using dialup devices to call out – but I still expected to have VPN devicesto configure for the LAN connection.

On install I only selected LAN / WAN…..do I need to go back and add the Dialup option?
I have the filters setup on the RRAS to pass all protocals to the Proxy – and the Proxy filters are set to allow pptp rec. (Q165948)

Do I need to setup the port 47 and 1723 on the rras as well? The way I read the doc’s it should be passing everything to proxy at this point. Corrections welcome.
