Installing XP Pro 64-bit

I have tried to install Windows XP Professional 64-bit (evaluation) and having downloaded the 64-bit drivers for the sata raid (MSI K8T Neo) to a floppy disk and pressing F6 to use the drivers, I get the following message …
File\RAID\winxp\viamraid.sys caused an unexpected error (18) at line 2283 in d:\srvidx01\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.

What does this mean and how do I resolve it?
