Intergrating Netware 4.11 and NT 4

I would like to get some information on how to intergrate a Netware 4.11/5 LAN/WAN with an NT 4 domain. Currently we have a Netware 4.11 network on our main site with a few NT servers connected to the network but not part of any domain or tree. As well as a few off-site locations on separate trees running NW 4.11 or better. How do we bring this all together into one centrally managed network? Even if this question is too broad to answer directly, any references would be welcomed.
