I have a customer that has started experiencing intermitant explorer errors on all pc’s on the network. There are times that pages don’t load, requiring hitting refresh several times to get the page to load, sometimes that doesn’t even load the page. Running AT&T T-1, cisco 1721 ver. 12.3 Netgear firewall.
This all started about 3 weeks ago when a new DSL line was installed for their customer lounge. I have had both lines checked and according to AT&T they are fine. I have replaced the router, and replaced the firewall. If it was just 1 or 2 pc’s that would be one thing, but it is happening on all 32 pc’s on the network, some can not even open more than one browser window.
I’m at a total loss as to the problem, any suggestions as to where else to look?
I will be installing firefox on a couple of pc’s later this week but there are some online programs they access that are not compatable with anything except IE.
