internet carnt see my web

im new to full blown server software recently up graded to win2003 EP server behind a speedtouch530 broadband modem, im haveing trouble accessing my web from the internet, it work on a dial-up win98se PWS,and i can access ans see web site inside my network anybody can give some pointers
