Internet connection sharing?

I am having trouble getting my internet connection sharing going. I had it setup and then had to reinstall Windows (98se) and now I can’t get the other computer to access the internet even though the main one does. All file and print sharing are functional. I have tried this both using automatic IP addressing and by assigning IPs and it still won’t work. I connect to internet via cable modem. Got any ideas???
