internet connection thru the LAN

Our LAN has a DSL connection to the internet thru a local ISP. I added a desktop in the office and connected it to the LAN. All of the computers in the office can connect to the internet via the LAN except the new one. What must be done to enable internet access for this new computer?

New Desktop- Windows 98 on Dell desktop
