Internet Explorer Displays Error Screen on Closing

I have Internet Explorer 7 installed on a Windows XP Home SP2 Intel Cnetrino Duo laptop.

After using IE7, whenever I close the application, an error screen shows up stating:

“Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”

Would anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to remove this?
