Internet Explorer error

Hi good guys:

I have recently developed a problem with my Internet Explorer browser. Every time I open it, a message pops up: “Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We sorry for the inconvenience.” I try installing Firefox but doesn’t work too. Can anybody help me, please?
