internet explorer window title changed

i have previously the problem of having autoplay in the rightclick menu.according to ur advice i am able to solve that, but my internet explorer window title is changed and showing”TAGA ESTI,MARINDUQUE MABUHAY!!!by:Nicklaus S. Bunag”.the problem persists after a system formatting also.pls help me resolving this problem.
