Internet on NT network via DSL

I have a dsl line connected to a win98 machine through a hub. I want to set up an NT network, where 3 machines can access the dsl at once. I don’t have a static ip, and swbell has restricted me to only 1 ip at a time, where before, they used to giveme 3. Now, only 1 machine at a time (my server or a workstation) can be on. What should I do?
