Internet optimizer

I am redirected to http://help.internet-optimizer.com/?js=1&e=ERR404&u=http%3A//www.htmlcodetutorial.com/cgi-bin/mycgi.pl&cls=wsi25&rid=c01
when I click on most of the link. Is it a spyware?
I want to get rid of Internet Optimizer as it is coming up as the default search engine.

If anyone can answer my Question, I would be grateful to them……….
