Invalid Page Fault With 3 Files

I bought a computer from the local college so all the programs were already installed. I removed the Netware Program. The next time I booted up the PC I recieved (at different times) 3 invalid page fault messages, Rundll32 – Hpjsira – Wucrtupd. I haven’t a clue what the last 2 of these files are. I think the 1st file is dynamic link library????? How do I go about fixing the 3?
