With all the upgrades to the OS, I did not hear any mention of allowing Facetime access over a regular cell phone connection. Currently both iPhone 4S users have to be connected to a WiFi router in order to make that work, or get a 3rd party app like Skype… then you are limited to only those who have Skype. Other smart phones can do this now without WiFi. Hope it is not going to wait until the iPhone 5 arrives? Thanks…
