IOS Windows Protection Error

I transferred my hdd which I had used for running Win95 in a 133 MHz chip computer to another computer with a 500MHz chip and get the error message “While initializing device IOS Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.” Is this because of the cpu chip or is there another reason?
