Ip trouble ona Netware 4.11 server

I have a netware 4.11 server (which I did not install or configure). I can ping the server – it can ping itself – but noone outside my network can ping it nor can it ping outside the network. And idea what I could look at to find the problem? I have a DNS on a Linux machine,a nd a web server (linux, too) if that matters…
