Is Delta emulator available for Android devices?

I have recently heard about an emulator named Delta from website http://deltaemulatoriosapp.com They have mentioned that the app is available for iOS devices. I have tried this emulator on my iPad. It is working very well. I want to grab this emulator on my Android device. Can anybody please suggest me how to download this emulator on my Android tablet?
