Is it possible to change how fast the keyboard send my input to the PC?

Is there any registry entry where you can reduce the time it takes for the keyboard to send a key after the user done the input? I suppose overclocking increase the speed but can you change the registry to do that?

I’ve a second question: It happens my e-mail client says it is sending 3 mails or more though there is no mail to send that I can see. Is that a botnet behavior?
