Is it possible to have 128GB DDR5 RAM with the 13900KS with 5200MT/s

My aim is to construct a modest yet efficient AI workstation that includes
Intel Core i9*13900KS processor
ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Extreme motherboard
Nvidia RTX 4090 graphics card.

However, I am struggling to procure compatible 128GB RAM. I have researched extensively on DD5 and filling all four DIMM slots, and what I hear makes me hesitant to proceed. I give up the promised 5600 MT/s, but even 4800 MT/s is not guaranteed…

I hope I do not have to wait for a processor with Quad channel that can meet the LGA 1700’s 192 GB capacity, which may take a while.

Please help me out as any assistance would be highly appreciated.
