is the cpu from hp 290 g2 mt “u3e1 socket” removable ?

the socket name is weird “u3e1 ”
cant tell if the cpu removable if anyone have the same motherboard please tell me
i cant open it cause i dont own it trying to buy it and replace the motherboard 🙂
