ISA Bandwidth Control

Hi All,

I work in a school and i have a major problem with kids downloading streaming music and watch streaming video.

We have a 1.5mb ADSL line so we shouldn’t be slowing down but when alot of people are listening to music or watching movies it can slow down alot.

I have ISA server 2000 on a W2k Server. I have noticed that it has bandwidth controls and would love for someone to explain step by step how to set these controls for limiting music and movies to a 1/4 of the bandwidth.

Also do you think 1/4 is too much or not enough bandwidth to allocate and explain why.
