Issues when student logs onto machine

Hi guys,

whenever a student (non admin account) logs onto the school network using a school machine an error message pops up reading:

cannot create file C:\windows\system32\lang\japanse.bin

however when i (admin) logon i get no such error message….

i have checked the location mentioned in the error message and there is a file in there called japanese.bin….

im really stuck here.. any ideas??
