Issues with moving user objects to different OUs

Greetings,

In AD if you have user objects residing in a specific OU and then move it will it cause any issues with that user’s login, exchange profile or LDAP synching? We have a lot of people that changes divisions here and we want to make sure that are no issues. Thanks in advance!
