IT Job Descriptions

My company is looking to revamp their IT department. It’s asked me to find a few decent lists of Job Titles & Descriptions and salaries if possible. I need to be able to look at a list of titles, click on the title I’m interested in, and get a fairly decent description and salary range if possible. I’m having problems finding a site on the net to suite my needs. Can you be of assistance?
