iTunes & Quick Time Player

How do I do manual uninstall
(complete and thorough uninstall)
of Apple iTunes version 9.1.0.79 for PC
and
Apple Quick Time Player version 7.6.6 (1671) for PC ???
I want to uninstall both software programs ALONG WITH AND INCLUDING
all items in the REGISTRY….
all files and folders.
