java appelet in netscape

Netscape ver 6 & 7 will not read the database files generated by a third party search enginine(www.xtreeme.com) that utilizes the JRE. Have updated the Java but returns the same error:Error: cannot open database files in C:/Marks%20projects/commonwealth_final/final/web/.
IE is fine…
