Java messes the XP up

I’m having trouble allot more with Java
messages than I used to this time last year.

Norton is coming out with virus definitions
and updates and I still am unable to be totally
cofident that my computer can be kept safe online.

I am not using credit cards or anything like that
and most websigts insist I use one to order stuff.

Therefore, I don’t order and wind up having allot of extra stuff on my computer I don’t want. I’ve
gone through Ghost and the un-classified version
of theGovernment spy program..’carnivore?’

anyway..nothing seems to work..I get reports back in hope that I can track the person monitoring me..
but now they are monitoring me..
Like Ziggy, I feel blackmailed. What should I do?
