.jpg file opens w/ AdobePhotoshop

I’ve been trying to get .jpg files to open by default w/ MS PhotoEditor, but it opens w/ Adobe Photoshop instead.

Under view/options/file_types the only PhotoShop listing opens .psd files, not jpg.

Whenever I try to alter the setting for .jpegto include the .jpg, I get a message saying I can’t because Photoshop is the default.

If I try to make a new file type with the extension .jpg I get the same message.

I’ve looked through all the file types listed, and there’s none that shows that it opens a .jpg extension.

Any suggestions?
