Keep desktopsettings @ domainchange

I have to switch several windows XP professional PCs from one domainserver and domain to a new domainserver and domain. the thing is, I don’t wanna
loose users desktop settings, otherways it will be very timeconsuming to settup everything again.
Is there any easy way to keep the setups even if I change domain and server?
