Keep track delivery and read receipt report using Mail Merge – Outlook 2007

Hi,

May I check If anyone know how to track the delivery and read receipt report after sent email using Mail Merge? Because I have enable the tracking under email option under Outlook 2007 but I can not receive any delivery or read receipt report from all recipients that I sent out.

Is it any other ways? I’m using Word 2007 as a template then merge to outlook 2007. Please advice if anyone experience before. Thanks.
