Keyboard malfunction, What is the problem?

I have a ACER Aspire One netbook. When I go on the Internet, the keyboard type ONLY numbers. No matter what I do. Today, I have some of the keyboard back. I can use most of the keyboard when I use the “Fn” key, but I have to get pressing on it to use all of the keyboard. Faulty board or dead board?
