killing xp tours and desktop cleanup globally

I would like to build into my base image (XP pro in windows native enviroment), removal of XP tours and the nag to clean unused icons. The only registry hacks that I have found so far are profile based. Any suggestions as to how I could tweek this in the base image (use ghost 8.0 or Altiris 6.5 for imaging process).

Thank you in advance.
