Laptop Setup

Two of our Employees are getting Laptops to use at Work and Home. AT work they will log into the Network to access their files and e-mail. At home, they will not be able to Login to the Network, so they will be limited to only accessing files that are store on their hard drive. My question is, how do I create the Login for home so that the the Desktop and menus remain the same?
