Lenovo Ideapad S130-11IGM

Reformatted from Windows 10 Home S (can’t install anything on this version) to Windows 10 Professional and after completion, the Mouse touch-pad no longer works. Even if I tried installing every driver download from the official website, it doesn’t work. Have tried windows 7 and 8 but faces same issue. I’m seeking solutions before dismantling for hardware repair if it is the problem
