Loading chunk 41 & Loading chunk 352

Received a “Loading chunk 41 failed.” “Loading chunk 352 failed.” message while working on user accounts.

Had the user opened in 365 admin center.
Moved the user to disabled OU in AD.
Error began; admin center page would constantly refresh.

Solution:
Closed admin center.
Logged out of 365.
Moved user back to an active OU in AD.
Had another admin restore the users 365 account.
Logged back into the admin center.
