Lockdown 2000 to only run one program

Hi,
I need to create a turnkey solution for an DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). I only want the the user to see the one program and have NO access to any other program except the hard drive to save their work.

I am forced to use Windows 2000 bythe application. Any suggestions? The equivalent under NT4 was to change the explorer to the program you wanted to run in the registry.
