looking for a data control…

I have Visual Basic 3.0 at home and I notice that the only way I can manipulate database files (with extension mdb) is to download the data control (or object) or to get Visual Basic 3.0 professional edition. I cannot afford to purchase anything. I can already figure out that the file that I am looking for has the extension “vbx” since controls in VB3 have filenames ending in “vbx”.

so where can I download this file? It must either come with complete instructions on how to use it or it must be Microsofts own data control and it MUST work in VB3.
