looking for a script

I have a site where I archive text files and image files. I am looking for cgi/perl scripting that will allow my users to upload/edit/rename/delete, etc their files to multiple pages of the site. Do any of you know of any scripts like that, and where I can find them? I’ve looked everywhere, such scripts are very, very hard to find. I’d appreciate any feedback you have 🙂 Thanks in advance…
