Lotus Notes to Outlook conversion with email filter

Can I filter my huge Lotus Notes to outlook (aspecially mails or calendar) according to date or folder? Is there is any tool or manual way to accomplish lotus notes to outlook Conversion task, if it has then please tell me so I can move my emails into .pst files as soon as possible
