Mac os 8.1 Network Printing

I had a problem with a mac os 8.1 printing over tcp/ip to an lp-1900 epson printer. it gave me error 192. I manged to delete the printer. I have no idea about MAcs im afraid. I have the driver in 2 folders named disk1 & disk2. DO i need to run the files in both or just disk1? When i install using disk1 I select network printing but it doesnt ask me for the ip address of the printer!!?

Also how do you delete/manage printers in 8.1.
