Mac OS X Tiger Disc Wont Stay In My PowerBook G4

I just recently bought Mac OS X Tiger. I go to put the disc in.. and it
doesnt show up and about 15 seconds later pops out. This happens
over and over. Until it brought me here. If you can help me with this
problem that would be great.

(other disc’s do work… its just this one.. i dont get it)
