MAC Unable To Authenticate

I have a MAC G4, running OS 9.1. I am unable to authenticate through Novell Border Manager in order to use the internet. I can however, browse our companies Intranet. No matter what I try I cannot get past the firewall. This issue seems to be specific to this workstation, as I am able to authenticate on another machine.
