Macro-Virus

How can Idevelope an application to detect the macro virus before it spread to my computer? I know I can do it manually but I wish to make a script, something like a plugin for Microsoft Word, Outlook or integrated to the OS so I don?t have to depend in a specific Antivirus app or loose a wanted macro.
