make access easier for users – help

I have a problem that I hope you guys can help me with. I have an access db that one of the people in the factory uses to enter information about rejected parts, part #s, and the like. The db is around 2.8Mb so I am not sure if I should post it here or not. Also, this is an empty db but it is identical to the one that we actually use minus the actual user input. Is anyone interested in helping me? Should I post the empty access file?
