Make Outlook default mail.. without dele

I have a user who wants to be able to check his home E-mail, so I set him up withoutlook express. How can I make the default E-mail to be outlook, so that when hr clicks on an E-mail address or tries to send a file from word or excel, Outlook is opened and not outlook express?
