make short cut open in IE when default browser is Firefox

I have my pc setup with firefox as the dafault browser so any shortcuts setup for websites etc. open firefox by default.
I have one web based app that needs to open in IE. How can the shortcut URL line be configured to do this or is there something that needs to go into the shortcut key?
