making flash fit the screen

When you go to www.chanel.com and have your resolution set at 800×600 then it looks good. If you put it higher it still looks exactly the same. The size does not change. For my page when its at 800×600 it looks ok but if I raise the resolution it gets smaller. I want to know how to do what www.chanel.com has done to keep the video the same size. I have already looked at the source code so if you do happen to copy and paste it onto here please explain how to do it. Thanks a lot.
