Making windows click the mouse button automaticlly every…

Hello, i have this thing on my computer that i need to click every 30 or so seconds, while i am away. is there a way to make this happen. if yes, can i do this with registery editing, couse it will make it very easy to enable or disable the key with two registery files(.reg)

even better it would be if it could automaticly enable the script after 30 seconds of incativity and disable it as soon as i move the mouse… thank you so much…
